TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For the purposes of this Terms and Conditions Agreement, the terms "we", "us", "our" and "PDP" refer to the company Palazzo Del Pooch, the terms "you" and "yours" refers to you, as a user of the PDP website. Please also review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service Agreement as all products and services provided by PDP are subject to these conditions in addition to the following:

Product Images, Descriptions and Sizing Guides

PDP endeavors to be as accurate as possible when describing, displaying and providing sizing guides for our products. However, we do not guarantee that these images, descriptions and sizing guides are completely accurate, complete and current. If you feel that the product you received is not as displayed or described on our site please contact us via one of the methods outlined on our "Contact Us" page.

Shipping

Orders will generally be shipped via UPS and applicable shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. Orders totaling $100 or more will ship free, please note that free shipping does not apply to International orders. Orders totaling $100 or more may still have additional charges if the item is oversized (Please see Oversize or Larger items below). PDP will ship to domestic and International locations. If your Country is listed in the drop down where you enter the shipping information for your order, we can ship to your location. PDP reserves the right to change the shipping carrier without prior notice under any and all circumstances. Any change in carrier by PDP will not result in additional shipping charges, than those previously calculated at checkout when initially placing your order. Once an order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the shipping carrier information and/or the order tracking number. This allows you to see the status of your order and the estimated delivery date. If your order does not arrive by the date indicated, please contact the shipping carrier. PDP accepts no liability for delayed packages once they have been turned over to the shipping carrier.

Oversize or Larger Items

Oversize and larger items such as Beds, Carriers, Pens, Gates, Crates, Strollers and Treadmills, may occur additional shipping charges (imposed by the Shipping Carrier) due to their size and/ or weight. Please read the product description carefully and review the shipping costs at checkout before placing your order.

Undeliverable Items

PDP will make every effort to validate the accuracy of the delivery address stated at the time your order is placed. If the shipping carrier is unable, for any reason to deliver your order due to an invalid or unknown address, or if the order is unclaimed or refused, PDP will deduct a fee relating to 10% of the entire purchase price once the returned package is received. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable on orders to undeliverable locations. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply if you request us to re-ship your order.

Lost, Damaged and Stolen Items

All orders shipped by PDP are insured by the carrier for the full value of the merchandise contained therein. PDP accepts no liability for lost, damaged and stolen items once turned over to the shipping carrier and in transit. You may contact the shipping carrier directly or contact us via one of the methods outlined on our "Contact Us" page.

International Shipping Fees

International customers are solely responsible for any additional customs, duty and export fees and taxes relating to their order, outside of the initial shipping charge calculated by PDP at the time the order is placed. PDP will make every effort to calculate your international shipping charge accurately, but cannot be responsible or liable for unforeseen and / or charges placed by the government of your destination country. If an order is refused due to these charges and subsequently returned to us, we will deduct a fee relating to 25% of the entire purchase price prior to refunding your credit/ debit card.

Product Availability

We endeavor to make all our items available for immediate processing and shipping. Our website is regularly updated to show back ordered or out of stock items. If any item you have ordered becomes delayed or temporarily unavailable for any reason, we will inform you within 1 business day. At which point you will have the option of accepting the delay, replacing or being refunded for that item. Any item not indicated as back ordered or delayed at time of purchase will be shipped separately and will not result in any additional shipping cost to you.

Product Liability

PDP will make every effort to supply products from Manufacturers who have recognized standards for safety and excellence. However, PDP does not warranty or guarantee the reliability of these products, nor does PDP accept liability for any type of direct or indirect loss, personal injury or any other type of liability arising from your dog’s interaction with PDP products.

Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective you must notify us within 2 business days of receiving delivery of that order so that we may correct the issue at no additional charge to you. A product is not considered defective if it will not withstand your dog’s chewing, excitement, strength or activity level.

Incorrect Orders and Order Cancellation

If you have placed an order that is incorrect and you need to amend or cancel your order, you must contact us within 1 business day of placing the order otherwise you may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the purchase price, depending on the status of that order. If you receive an order that is incorrect you must notify us within 2 business days of receiving delivery of that order so that we may correct the issue at no additional charge to you.

Pricing and Sales Tax

Pricing for our products is as stated on our site. International orders will be calculated and charged in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Sale, discount and clearance items will be clearly marked. Sales Tax charges on orders for California residents or customers shipping to a California address will be automatically calculated at check out in accordance with CA State Tax requirements and regulations. Customers outside of California are responsible for disclosure and payment of any applicable sales and use tax relating to their order as required by their State Tax requirements and regulations.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a Return Address. Upon receipt of your RAN and Return Address you will have an additional 14 days to return the product. You may opt for a refund, a replacement or an exchange of your item. Any product returned without a RAN will be not be accepted and returned to the sender. All returned items must be unused, unmarked, in original packaging and received by us within 28 days in order to be accepted and eligible for refund, replacement or exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective. We recommend you insure and return your package with a shipper who is able to track your return item. Any item returned via regular mail is at your own risk as we do not accept liability for lost or stolen return items. Replacement and exchange items will incur an additional shipping charge unless your product is defective.

Return Policy Exceptions

PDP will not accept returns on any of the following items:

Personalized or Engraved Products

Panties, Bikini’s and other intimate clothing styles for hygiene reasons

Sale, discount and clearance items

Costumes, Wedding Dresses and Tuxedos are eligible for exchange only

Perishable items such as food or treats

Used Products

PDP reserves the right to determine if a product is used. Any product returned to us that shows evidence of chewing, staining, dirt, hair, wear, washing, holes, rips or broken safety seals will not under any circumstances be accepted for return by PDP.
